Our prescription management visits are designed for existing Mère patients who need medication refills or adjustments. These appointments are scheduled internally through collaboration with your Mère care team.

Janie Purser is an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner based in Charleston, South Carolina. Passionate about building authentic relationships with patients, Janie believes that trust and open communication are fundamental to effective healthcare. She is particularly dedicated to supporting women during their most vulnerable perinatal and postpartum seasons, providing compassionate and comprehensive care during this critical time. In addition to her nursing expertise, Janie has pursued additional education in functional medicine. Her treatment approach blends Western and Functional medicine to focus on holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and social well-being.
