MÈRE CARE MODEL

Our approach to women’s health

We close the gaps in traditional healthcare systems by offering women a continuous cycle of care. Our providers partner closely to give patients a seamless experience, customized to their specific needs and areas of support.

MÈRE CARE MODEL

The continuum of care

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to women's health. Each woman's journey is unique and should be tailored to her specific needs. Mère’s seamless continuum of care allows us to do just that. We've created a system where one provider's expertise flows naturally into the next. Where, when your psychotherapists' scope reaches its limit, our medical providers step in to provide diagnostic oversight and prescription management. This internal system allows our team to collaborate agilely, ensuring your care is seamless and uninterrupted.

“I hope that whatever your story may be, you find the mental, physical, and emotional support you need here. Wherever you are in your journey, know that I see you, and we are here to hold your hand through every chapter.”

Hi! I’m Nicole Connell— a wife, mother to two beautiful girls, and the founder and CEO of Mère. As someone who has navigated the challenges of prenatal depression, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, and the complexities of motherhood, I was left feeling isolated and alone. As referrals fell through with no solutions in sight, I was exhausted and determined to find a better way. And so Mère was born, and with it the hope that women everywhere would finally find the support and care they deserve in every chapter of their healthcare journey.

“Women deserve better and that's exactly what Nicole and I offer with Mère — the chance to be seen, heard, and supported through it all.”

Hi, I’m Meg Burrell: a creative director, marketer, and mother of two. Both my children came into the world through complicated, incredibly painful, and high-risk pregnancies. It was only after the birth of my second child, when my “pregnancy” symptoms didn’t resolve, that I was finally diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), a rare condition that required me to undergo surgery to reconstruct my hip. It's only now, almost five years after my first pregnancy, that I'm getting to the end of the chapter of diagnosing and treating myself. This experience — of being constantly dismissed and told my symptoms were a "normal part of pregnancy" — has lit a fire in me to revolutionize maternal care.
