Psychotherapy

Becca Hamilton

LPC, PMH-C

Our Perinatal Mental Health certified therapist who sees women suffering from infertility grief, pregnancy depression, postpartum anxiety & depression, motherhood depression & anxiety, and reproductive grief due to birth trauma and pregnancy loss.

“I feel called to care for women in these chapters because I am one.  I experience both weakness and inadequacy, as well as deep gratitude and joy, every day in this season of motherhood. I know how overwhelming and disorienting it can feel at times. It is a privilege to hold space for women who feel helpless, defeated, full of grief, or unsure if they will ever feel peace, belonging, or joy again. I offer a place of safety and compassion where those feelings are honored, not fixed, and where true hope and healing begin.”

You might be surprised to learn that I do not get "bored," which I believe means that my mind is always actively looking for an adventure. Surprisingly, I am an extroverted-introvert; I love meaningful conversation and connection, but I refuel through solitude.  Time outside, especially walking and running, and diving into a new book (usually whatever my “Good Books Book Club” has selected next) are essential rhythms that help me stay grounded, curious, and present in my own life and in my work.

My greatest hope is that clients leave each session feeling hopeful, loved, and empowered in their journey. I deeply desire for my clients to understand that the emotional and physical challenges they face during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or the broader maternal period are worthy of attention and care. By showing up and sharing their story, they are actively engaging in their healing process and taking courageous steps toward their own health and their family's well-being.

Paige Head

LPC, PMH-C, RPT

“Hi, I’m Paige—a psychotherapist who’s passionate about walking alongside women through every stage of motherhood. My path to this work began with my own experience of birth trauma and postpartum depression. That season opened my eyes to the deep need for compassionate, specialized support during the perinatal period, and I felt called to be part of the change.”

I work with women navigating perinatal trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, and fertility challenges. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based approaches like EMDR therapy, polyvagal theory, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support healing—with an intentional focus on how trauma shows up in both the mind and body.

I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where clients feel truly seen and heard. After our sessions, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, more understood, and reminded that healing is absolutely possible.

Outside of session, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, exploring local coffee spots, or spending time with my boys and sweet fur-baby, Decker.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Margaret Archer

PT, DPT

“I found my way into this specialty after going through my own pregnancy and postpartum journey and realizing just how needed this care is. So many women are told that things like leaking or pain with intimacy are “normal”—but while these symptoms are common, they’re not something you just have to live with. I love helping women return to the activities they love without fear through education and individualized treatment.”

I’ve completed extensive training in pelvic health and specialize in treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, core weakness, pelvic pain, and pain with intimacy. I take a fitness-forward approach and especially enjoy helping women stay active during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My goal is to create a collaborative, personalized plan that empowers you to understand your body and feel confident in your healing.

Something fun you might not guess about me—I’m an avid scuba diver and have completed nearly 300 dives!

After our sessions, I hope you feel seen, empowered, and equipped with the tools and knowledge to move forward feeling strong and supported.
