This campaign is a space to write it down, share it anonymously, and in doing so, break the silence for someone else who needs to hear it.

The Mission behind The Secrets
Break the silence & reduce the shame that isolates mothers
When women are given space to share the parts of motherhood they’ve kept hidden, they often find that they are not alone. Speaking these truths out loud begins to dismantle the shame and secrecy that can lead to deep emotional isolation.
Create connection between women who have experienced similar things through motherhood
There is immense power in hearing someone else say, "me too." When women share their experiences, they open the door for meaningful connection built on empathy, recognition, and the comfort of shared experience.
Build community around vulnerability, strength, & solidarity
Motherhood is both tender and tenacious, and community is built when women are safe to show both. By honoring vulnerability as strength, we create solidarity—a reminder that we are never meant to do this alone.
