“If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the weight of anxieties, fears, intrusive thoughts, or difficult emotions, I want you to know that you’re not alone and you’re not broken. By entering into your life and story with curiosity and compassion, I hope to help you feel seen, heard, and ready to face the highs and lows of life with confidence, clarity, and self-trust.”
I am a licensed clinical social worker focused on coming alongside women throughout all stages of motherhood. With a background in social work, I understand the complexities of how our lived experiences and the world around us shapes us, and how that specifically weighs on moms, who spend so much time and energy trying to make things “work.”
With specialized training in perinatal mental health, anxiety disorders, and OCD, I work with clients to not only reduce anxiety, but also transform the way they relate to it, growing in my clients a sense of confidence and self-trust. I also believe in the importance of psychoeducation for clients to feel both understood and empowered.
Areas of Focus: Perinatal Mental Health, Motherhood, Anxiety, OCD (ERP), Grief / Loss, Identity & Role Shifts

The focus of MÈRE’s therapy is supporting women through every chapter of the maternal journey. From trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility to reproductive loss, birth trauma, and any other chapters of motherhood.
Even when challenges aren’t directly tied to motherhood, our approach always considers the impact of this season of life, whether it’s navigating role balance, healing generational patterns, or managing depression and anxiety.
At MÈRE, every woman’s story matters, and every chapter deserves care.
If you’re unsure or if your situation is slightly different, we offer a free intro call with our Clinical Advocate to discuss if MÈRE is a good fit for your specific needs.

PMH-C stands for Perinatal Mental Health Certification, awarded by Postpartum Support International. This certifies that a provider has specific training and competency in supporting women and families through mood and anxiety disorders in the perinatal period (that is, pregnancy and the first year after birth and related challenges).
MÈRE requires its providers to hold the PMH-C because maternal mental health has some unique needs— emotional, hormonal, physical, social—and this certification shows the therapist is specially equipped for those. It helps ensure clients are getting care from someone who deeply understands the maternal journey.

BOOKING: Either Book Directly HERE with our therapist today or schedule a Free Intro Call with our Clinical Advocate: This is a 15-minute phone call to help you see how MÈRE can support you, ask questions, & figure out fit.
THERAPY SESSIONS: Sessions are 50 minutes and virtual. There is a set fee ($225 per session) and MÈRE does not accept insurance directly, but partners with Mentaya (link out) to assist patients with utilizing their out-of-network benefits.
THE PROCESS: Sessions 1-3 are typically creating a foundational relationship with your provider. Within the first 3 sessions, a treatment plan is made which is comprised of goals and specific therapeutic approaches are outlined for the client (EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, IPT). Session 3-6 are typically working sessions, digging into the root of the issue(s) and working to find resolve. After 6-8 sessions, a client typically believes that progress is being made and healing is experienced. At this point, your provider may initiate a conversation around closure sessions and determination of continuation of relationship and frequency.
COLLABORATIVE CARE: At Mère, your psychotherapy provider is part of a collaborative care team. When needed, your therapist will work closely with our other Mère providers, including our providers in maternal functional medicine and pelvic floor therapy, to ensure you receive the most comprehensive support possible.
We advocate for you every step of the way. If additional care is needed, we’ll identify it and guide you to the right provider within Mère. This may include medication management, which our maternal functional medicine provider can prescribe and manage as needed.
