Krista King
LMFT, PMH-C
“People are my passion. Few things bring me more joy than helping individuals and couples find a deeper sense of peace and purpose in their life and relationships. I work with clients to explore the parts of themselves that may feel overworked, unseen, or pushed aside—because true healing begins with awareness and integration.”
Krista is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her approach is grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory. She believes that while relationships can be the source of our deepest wounds, they also hold the potential for profound healing. Krista is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating childhood wounds, as well as couples and families seeking to restore connection, strengthen trust, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships.

Every chapter of parenthood can place new weight on your relationship. If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or struggling to find your way back to each other, you are not alone.
Mère offers virtual couples therapy for partners navigating the many transitions of parenthood- from infertility, loss, and pregnancy through postpartum and the evolving realities of raising children. Our goal is to help couples communicate openly, stay emotionally connected, and move through difficult seasons together.
Krista King, LMFT (PMH-C expected July 2026) is specially trained in supporting couples through the emotional and relational challenges that often arise during the family-building years. Her training in perinatal mental health prepares her to care for couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum changes, loss, and the ongoing pressures that parenthood can place on a relationship.
